PASSING TIPS
keep the ball on your fingertips and
out of your palms . this enables you to control the direction of the ball
better .

try to follow through on all your passes
, by extending your hands upon releasing the pass .

on two -handed chest and bounce passes,
snap the wrist out at the end of the passing motion .

to increase accuracy take a small step
toward the opponent you are passing to .
-
all passes should be very sharp , but
delivered in such a manner that it can be handled easily by your teammate
at the end of the pass .

do not make your pass too obvious to
your opponent , to prevent a steal .

practice , these tips by using marked
out targets on a wall . move further and further away from the wall to
improve your passing ability and accuracy . do not make grafitti's in your
backyards though .

think miss , even michael jordan missed
almost half of the shots he threw . no player is perfect no matter how
good he is .

locate your opponent and block him
out as soon as the ball goes up . do not commit a lose ball foul though

stay balanced and keep a strong position
. this will give you the upperhand when it comes to rebounding the ball

jump up , jump wide , jump strong and
extend .

lock into the ball with both hands
to ensure a firmer grip .

come down with the ball the same way
you went up for it .

your body . this would prevent a steal .

TRY PULL-UPS , PUSH- UPS,SQUATS,SIT-UPS ,RUNNING AND SKIPPING . YOU WILL

Get up on the balls ,or front part
of your feet.
keep your feet in line with your
shoulders .
keep your trunk or backside low
.
bend your knees slightly and never
stand up straight .
focus on your opponents waist .
the body moves when the waist moves . this will prevent him from faking
you out of position .
keep one hand down near the ball
and the other up .
donot cross your legs when sliding
and keep your feet from touching .
